This Basic Marathi language course for complete beginners will help you achieve a strong foundation in Marathi over 5 learning sessions. The focus is on developing Marathi comprehension and pronunciation skills up to the CEFR B1 level. The course caters to those who wish to engage effectively in everyday conversations and learn a range of vocabulary for daily use but have no prior experience in Marathi. Marathi, an Indo-Aryan language, originates from Western India. It is the official language of the Indian state of Maharashtra, where it is spoken by over 83 million people. This makes Marathi one of the most spoken languages in India. Additionally, Marathi is recognized in Goa as well as parts of Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Gujarat. Focusing exclusively on auditory learning enables you to develop their listening and pronunciation skills throughout each of the five sessions of this introductory course.
