But if you listen to mainstream or social media, you might think it's money or fame. We idolize celebrities and believe they have a perfect life. But are they really happy?
We put so much hope into money and power. But once you have all these things this leaves you empty and thinking... why am I not happy even though I have everything I should want? So, what can we do?
Buddhism teaches us that the solutions to our problems are within ourselves, not outside. It helps us to let go of material things or social status and focus on what is really important in life.
Here's just a tiny fraction of what you'll discover:
• What is Buddhism and what do Buddhists believe?
• Manage anxiety, stress, depression, and sleep
• Why chasing success and happiness is making you miserable - and what to do instead
• Meditation, the number one habit proven by Neuroscientists to better control your thoughts
• Buddhism methods used by Hollywood Superstar Richard Gere to stay successful
• How Karma affects everyone and will catch up with you eventually
• Buddhism for kids - help your children learn from your mistakes and live happily
• And much, much more....
The teachings of Buddhism are straightforward and can be understood by anyone even if you're not religious.
So if you have been drawn to Buddhism for many years but did not really understand it then now is your chance. Start now with this book.
