MyVote is a bold, practical blueprint for turning your smartphone into a comprehensive e-governance platform that unifies access to government services, modernizes democratic participation through secure digital identity and verified polling, and aims to reduce control of American democracy by billionaires and corporate interests while increasing accountability, transparency, and citizen empowerment.
Drawing on real systems already running in countries like Estonia, Singapore, and Denmark, MyVote describes a single, ad-free, government-funded app that puts emergency help, veterans' benefits, housing support, job programs, health coverage, taxes, and local services under one trusted roof. No more predatory ads, scam websites, or hours lost in bureaucratic quicksand; with MyVote, you log in once, see exactly what services are available to you and track everything from your pocket.
But this is more than a service portal; it is a complete electronic governance vision explaining how secure data exchange, biometric digital IDs, verified polling, and standardized candidate profiles can make representatives more responsive, their donors visible, their promises trackable, and your vote verifiable in real time. It shows how continuous, authenticated public input and transparent election infrastructure can make lobbyists weaker and citizens stronger, without sacrificing privacy or civil liberties.
Accessible, sharply argued, and packed with real-world examples, MyVote is for everyone who senses that "the system is rigged" but wants to revitalize democracy with a better user interface instead of tearing it to the ground. If you care about voting rights, digital privacy, income inequality, or simply getting the help promised by your government without being exploited, this book shows how electronic governance can move America toward the "more perfect union" promised at its founding, and invites you to help make it real.
