The earth trembles. Bond breaks. And Tomi must walk the path alone.
On the eve of his wedding, a violent quake shatters the peace Tomi has fought to build. When his powers surge beyond control, he's forced to journey north, into a land of snow, silence, and secrets.
Among the nomadic Vareki and the fierce hunter Runa, Tomi finds both challenge and belonging. But the deeper he follows the ancient path, the more he uncovers: the Ivakar-corrupted reflections of the soulbond he shares with Kit-and the stirring of spirits long thought dormant.
As old blood awakens and truths rise from the earth itself, Tomi must learn to wield his gift not with force, but with presence. For only by mastering the storm within can he hope to face what is to come.
In a world where memory lingers in stone and the past walks beside the living, Tomi's path will test the ties of love, spirit, and self-before the ground shifts again.
