Search and Rescue dog owner and amateur sleuth, Eve, has been tasked with helping to plan and prepare for the Michigan Mutts Search and Aid Spring Meeting. To say that she's busy would be more than an understatement, but when her day-job boss asks her to help out an elderly friend who's convince that something scary and dangerous is afoot, Eve makes time for it.
In her mind, it won't take long to meet up with the elderly woman and take Atlas, her cadaver dog, through the woman's house, just to do a good deed and ease the woman's worries.
Imagine her surprise when they're doing a walk-through and Atlas alerts.
When Eve gathers more info, she becomes convinced that a heinous killer might still be in the area. The clock is ticking as she investigates, feeling the pressure of finding the perpetrator before they strike again.
Can she and Atlas crack the case before time runs out? Find out in this exciting Canine Cozy Mystery!
