Writing this book has been a labor of love. It has reinforced in me the importance of my health, to not take life for granted, but to continue to take care of me. My hope is that other men will read my story, see the importance and benefits of getting yearly check-ups. Taking control of your health it could save your life. I did and it saved mine!
