The first 7 years of your life is the seed pattern of your emotional or mental root. It stores any traumatic events and repeats the emotions until the trauma is resolved and completes its cycle.
In this course, we will heal any emotional or mental pain by finding out your root cause and completing its trauma cycle. We let go of any wounds from the past deeply. When the root pattern in your first 7 years is resolved, any negative emotions related to that will resolve as well. We will build coping mechanisms embracing your inner child and let yourself know that you are always enough and resourceful in any circumstances and situations.
