It is important for us to put others ahead of our ambition and be willing to take them along with us. Our attitude will always create the situation we imagine. So we need to spend some time thinking about where we are headed as a team, know the steps we need to take to go where we desire, and do what we want to do. Remember, if we are growing, we attract others who are growing, which puts us in a position to start building a community of like-minded people who can help each other succeed because none of us and nobody gets to live life backward. So, let's look ahead as that is where our future lies. As innovative leaders, we should set out to make a difference. It's never about the role, but always about the goal.
