After being wrongfully accused and convicted of a crime, Jessica volunteers for the Interstellar Brides Program to avoid a long prison sentence. She is matched with a prince—heir to the throne of the mighty planet Prillon—but her future is thrown into disarray when the match is rejected by Prillon's current ruler.
When his own father seeks to banish him and deny him the right to a mate, Prince Nial takes matters into his own hands.
