Gesa does not have a pride. Only male gryphons need a whole harem of lovers to stroke their egos. But when a fortune-telling fox from the county fair and a captive mute sea-dweller turn to Gesa for help, she can't turn them away. Sometimes, being a creature of valor and loyalty is a pain in the ass.
Meanwhile, Gesa's stubborn fae lover Oisin, is on the edge. Danger is creeping nearer, and he is determined to face it alone, as he always has - even if it destroys him. Add in a controlling politician of unknown origin, the building family drama Gesa is determined to ignore back in the clan lands, and some time spent tracking down imps.
Maybe, it will take an entire pride to survive this, after all.
Gesa's Menagerie is a series. There will be unresolved plot threads and, at times, occasional cliff-hangers.
