Since making her public debut 85-years ago in the Fleischer studios animated cartoon short 'Dizzy Dishes,' Betty Boop, the original celluloid siren, has gone on to become one of the most instantly recognizable global icons of the 21st Century with her unique blend of wide-eyed innocence and powerful cartoon sensuality. This new collection, the most complete ever assembled, collects together for the first time, over 125 full-color Sunday newspaper strips and over 160 black and white daily comic strips, some of which have not been reprinted since the 1930s. This collection also includes Fleischer Studios' first comic strip, Out of the Inkwell, and the short-lived Helen Kane's The Original Boop-Boop-A-Doop Girl comic strip.
