Syd Kiowa is forced to enlist help from a few old friends in Black Star City to distract law enforcement enough to gain access to the Overseer's laboratories. Meanwhile, Rags and Avina attempt to relay the truth about the Overseers' DNA conversion campaign, as off-worlders across the city begin to riot.
