About

The inspiration for this book comes from many different areas of my life. First, over my 22-year military career, I've had the unique opportunity to travel all around the world. During these journeys, I have realized that America undoubtedly ranks in the lowest 1/3 of all countries I visited personally when it comes to overall citizen healthand wellness. Our nutrition is lacking, and our exercise plans don't even compare in some cases. For example, in many countries I visited, the primary mode of travel is by bicycle, while in other countries, walking is preferable. Whereas in America (New York being one of the major exceptions), if we have a motorized vehicle then we are more than likely spending plenty of our traveling days in it. LTC (Ret) Clinton L. Lee Jr. (Ed. D), a native of Lowell, Massachusetts, completed the Army ROTC commissioning program as a Distinguished Military Graduate at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University in Greensboro, North Carolina and was commissioned as a 2LT in May 1997 in the Military Police Corps. Dr. Lee completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Sociology at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro in Greensboro, NC. Mr. Lee has also earned a Master of Arts Degree in Human Behavior and Conflict Management from Columbia College in Columbia, SC. Most recently, Mr. Lee earned his Educational Doctorate Degree from Grand Canyon University with the specialty of Organizational Leadership and Development in 2023.
