Always Her. is a collection of poems and prose shaped by love, grief, and the slow work of becoming. It moves through intimacy and loss, through moments when old expectations fall apart and something truer begins to surface. These pieces sit with the tenderness of finding your way back to what feels like home.
Through letters, short reflections, and personal vignettes, L. Rose writes straight into love, heartbreak, faith, and the quiet bravery it takes to choose yourself. The book ends in affirmation, a claiming of voice, of self, of truths earned the hard way.
At its core, Always Her. is about resilience. It is about the lifelong practice of leaving, returning, and learning how to come home to yourself.
