When Marjorie Veil takes refuge at a friend's Victorian mansion in Pacific Grove, otherwise known as Butterfly Town USA, she seeks answers to two burning questions: Why had her biological father abandoned her at birth? And, why is her mother sending messages from beyond the grave, shedding light on agonizing secrets she took with her when she died? Despite plans to enjoy Pacific Grove's quaint bookstores, ocean views, and butterfly sanctuary, Marjorie's stay is anything but replenishing. She senses something disturbing beneath the mansion's outward calm. Soon she begins seeing and hearing things that cause her to question her sanity, and she unearths a backyard labyrinth that reveals its own powerful secrets. Between Yesterday and Tomorrow follows the adventure of a woman who refuses to sacrifice herself and her special abilities to an existence that no longer speaks to her soul, a woman empowered to unburden herself of the expectations of two mothers-one living and one dead-that distort the lens through, which she views the world. A psychological-supernatural tale, book three of the "Enter the Between" visionary fiction series is the story of an ordinary woman in extraordinary situations which she resolves in remarkable ways. The award-winning author Margaret Duarte invites the reader to enter a fifth dimension between shadow and substance, between yesterday and tomorrow, to the unified field underlying physical existence where separateness is an illusion.
