Brother Against Brother is probably a story that parallels South America's actual history. It is also a depiction of events that actually occurred or might occur. This novel may be considered a techno-thriller abounding in technological, geographical, and, most importantly, human and historical descriptions. Everything starts from simple out of control military drills, unveiling historical disputes and accumulated hate for unresolved conflicts. A rogue pilot and border patrol escalates into a continental war; which it pulls other neighbors into the fight. Submarines, fighters and tanks are released towards a common enemy, 'unsolved disputes'. Soon, after a numberless of bloody skirmishes; common grounds reappear among nations with common origins.
