Author: Michelle Kendall "One of the ultimate blessings we can offer to the world is the power of aChrist-centered home where the gospel is taught, covenants are kept, and love abounds."-Richard G. Scott, "For Peace at Home,"Ensign, May 2013Do we feel comfortable in our homes? Are they free from worldly distractions? Are our homes a place of refuge? These are personal questions for all of us to ponder. Some days are better than others, and some days are full of chaos, but are our homes overall sanctuaries of peace?
Inspired author Michelle Kendall answers many of these questions in this enlightening and uplifting book,Creating Temple Patterns in Your Home. Among other truths presented in this publication, Michelle teaches that through observing Joshua's profound statement, "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord," we will witness more blessings than we can ever comprehend.
We don't have to live with spiritual clutter and confusion. We can walk in the light by following the direction given to us by past prophets and apostles and our current Church leaders. Our earthly dwellings can be sanctuaries of peace if we invite the Lord's Spirit into our lives and create temple patterns in our homes.
