Emelian Ivanovich Pugachev (Tsar Peter III) was born in1740 and in 1774, lead a massive peasant revolt against Saint Petersburg, where he was defeated and executed. He was reborn Vladimer Ilonovich Pusske in 1933 and achieved fame as a transplant surgeon at The Institute of Experimental Medicine and Surgery in Moscow, where he was killed in an automobile accident on April 1, 1983.
