There is a twenty-four-hour laundromat in Glasgow that never truly sleeps.Neither does Theo Marr.Every night, just after midnight, he arrives with the same worn backpack, a pile of clean clothes that never seem to need washing, and another cup of terrible coffee. He keeps moving beneath the harsh fluorescent lights until dawn, terrified of something no one else can see.Nell Avery, a twenty-two-year-old nursing student working the night shift, tells herself he's just another strange customer.Until he collapses. The truth is darker than she imagined.Months earlier, Theo severely injured the person he loved most during a violent parasomnia episode. Since then, sleep has become the enemy. He refuses to close his eyes, convinced that the next time he does, someone else will get hurt.Everyone else believes he's dangerous.Nell isn't sure they're wrong. As exhaustion slowly tears Theo apart, their late-night conversations become the only peaceful moments either of them has known in years. Yet compassion is not the same as trust, and love is not a cure. She refuses to become another person responsible for saving him.He refuses to believe he deserves saving at all.Together they must face doctors, impossible decisions, painful memories, and the terrifying question neither of them can answer:What if the monster isn't hiding inside the darkness...What if it only wakes up when he sleeps?Heartbreaking, intimate, and emotionally raw, DON'T LET ME SLEEP is a slow-burn psychological romance about trauma, guilt, healing, and learning that loving someone doesn't mean losing yourself. For readers who love emotionally devastating contemporary romance with flawed characters, quiet hope, unforgettable chemistry, and a deeply satisfying emotional payoff. Some nights change your life. Some nights ask you to survive until morning.
