For more than three decades, author, speaker, and entrepreneur Merrick Rosenberg has taught America's leading corporations how to embrace the power of personality. By replacing the alphabet soup found in personality assessments with four birds-the Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl-Rosenberg has helped people understand themselves and transform their relationships with colleagues, friends, and family members. Parents and teachers have long asked: Can you teach the birds to our children?
From the author of The Chameleon, Taking Flight! and Which Bird Are You? comes Flight School, a fable for children. Readers will meet Simon the Dove, Carl the Owl, Ivory the Parrot, and Dee the Eagle at the Learning Tree where they expect to take lessons in flying. Only their instructor is a wingless chameleon named Xena. She will indeed teach the young birds to soar-not by flapping their wings, but by tapping into the power of their personality.
Flight School is the essential introduction to the four personality styles that shape our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. As the young birds confront one of the greatest challenges their forest has ever faced, they will learn to embrace who they are and let their style shine. Likewise, young readers will learn to share their unique strengths and natural gifts with the world.
