Kathleen Glover has always enjoyed observing the foibles, failures, passions, and goodness of those around her. In her debut collection of poems, she provides a unique perspective on many relatable topics in the spirit of Neruda.
Within a unique poetic perspective on nature and human life, Glover explores all the ways a snake can be zen-like, a stethoscope can interpret sounds from the human body, hormones can pop wheelies, and why Lot's wife still lives near the plains of Zoar. Throughout her collection, Glover reminds others that the world is a diverse, fascinating, and spectacular place just waiting to be explored.
In the Dimple reveals the fresh voice of a new poet as she reflects on the human experience, nature, and her perspectives on life in general.
