Let's Get Real is a call to action to all Australians who want to take control of their destiny and fulfil their life goals. The author believes that most property investors don't succeed because they approach investing in the wrong way - it's not about the property, it's about the investor.
Presented in three parts, parts one and two take a deep dive into the investor - their why, risk profile, fears, goals and investment timeframes, and finding the right mentors. The author shares his unique 3-D approach to investing:
• articulating your dream (your key investing end goal) • dates (planning your timeframe) • dollars (financial security when you want to stop working). • In the third part of the book, the author Luke Harris shares his approach to property investing and makes it easy for readers to match the right way with their own personal situation.
The revised edition of Let's Get Real is timed to give current and would-be property investors the tools and confidence to invest in property and take control of their own financial security. If investors have the correct mindset, understand their real motivations, define their goals intelligently and bring together an A-team of experts, living an extraordinary life is within their reach.
