Every story has a price. Someone always collects. An actor is dead. A familiar leather jacket connects him to the world of LOOSEY. And the people who control the waterfront want the truth buried. Jay King thought turning his past into a movie would give him a way forward. Instead, the damage keeps spreading. Behind prison walls, he must confront his own choices while the people he loves face threats he cannot stop. Outside, a murder investigation exposes a trail of false invoices, stolen evidence, and powerful interests. As witnesses come under pressure, grief turns into a search for answers-and every answer brings someone closer to danger. Who arranged the killing? Who is protecting the people responsible? And how far will the owners go to keep their names out of the story? LOOSEY Part 3: The Owners continues Kyron Hodges's crime thriller series with a story of family, accountability, money, and betrayal. As the investigation closes in, a deeper network begins to emerge, setting the stage for Part 4.
