Many want more in their life but can’t seem to find the way, the energy, or the motivation to get what they want. I believe that what is lacking and buried beneath the way, the energy, and the motivation is the self-confidence. When we are sure we can do something, we just go and do it. It is that simple, proving that we have what we need to get things done the way, the energy, the motivation. The process in this journal is a tool to build that self-confidence and so much more.
