Twelve-year-old Emily wakes up on a Sunday morning and gets ready for church as her grandmother prepares for the family reunion. Emily tells her granny that it would be nice to have a reunion with Jesus. Emily walks to church on this joyful day. As she sets out, she doesn't know where she is and thinks she is in Christ's kingdom. On her journey, Emily meets many people who share God's love with her. When she arrives at church, Emily tells everyone about God's love in the congregation. This book may appeal to children, who enjoy reading about faith and spirituality.
