Growing up as one of seven children in the Nebraska Sandhills, Timothy never imagined the choices he made would one day lead him to the brink of losing everything. As alcohol slowly took hold of his life, he discovered a hard truth: sometimes rock bottom isn't the end... because rock bottom has a basement.
In this raw and deeply personal memoir, Tim shares the journey that shaped him, from childhood to addiction, near-death experiences, and the realization that tomorrow is never promised. With honesty and humility, he reflects on the mistakes he's made, the people who refused to give up on him, and the faith that helped him find his way back.
Rock Bottom Has a Basement is a story of addiction, accountability, redemption, and the gift of borrowed time. It is a powerful reminder that no matter how far you've fallen, hope, healing, and second chances are always within reach.
