They enlist IBM engineers to develop the computer code for a chip powered by a small button battery. The chip and battery are encased in quarter coin size Lexan case with energy transmitted when the button is placed against a person's temple. The button can be worn on a wide variety of head gear and energizes neural bundles which control memory and motion and a wide variety of other brain-controlled functions.
