Starry Sky

Electronics don't get sick. They just stop. Phones go quietly dead beyond repair, one by one. Then cars stall mid-journey as defective microchips shut down engines without warning. Trains halt. Store shelves are empty. Power outages stretch from hours into weeks. Minor summer illnesses refuse to fade. At Karlsborg Airport, elite soldier Gustaf Silverbane is moments from deployment when the sky erupts in fire. Survivalist Filip Stenvik watches his once-ridiculed preparations become a matter of life or death. Detective Peter Ragnhell hunts for answers with methods few trust. And programmer Anna Ljungberg makes a discovery that could change the rules of human existence-or prove they've already been broken. After one final blackout, everything breaks. Autumn collapses into a starlit winter where chaos reigns and few survive. Starry sky is the first book in Lars Wilderäng's Star Trilogy.
