THE FIREBRAND TRILOGY Where the young fight for survival against thesavage monsters they are destined to become.
By the time you reach 240 months old on this flooded earth, you've already gone Gray. One month later, you're dead. That's the reality facing Scout. To save herself and everyone she loves, she dedicates the remainder of her life to finding a cure to going Gray. Together with her brother, Lord, and their young companions, they are determined to stop this worldwide pandemic. Ultimately, the fate of humanity rests on her shoulders. Because if Scout fails, mankind is doomed.
"Kettlehake refrains from filling each chapter with gory scenes reminiscent of World War Z, instead showing Scout, Lord, and their cohorts in a distinctly human light ... A stylish and compassionate tale ..." - Kirkus Reviews
