About

This book is a quiet companion for anyone whose life has been changed by illness, loss, or uncertainty - and who is learning how to carry what cannot be fixed.
At its heart is a personal journey through breast cancer, grief, and continuing to live and work while everything familiar is being reshaped. It explores what it means to make decisions, hold responsibility, and care for others when your own body, future, and sense of self no longer feel certain.
Rather than offering stages, timelines, or answers, the book reflects on grief as a relationship that continues - a way love changes form when someone is no longer physically present, or when the life you expected is no longer available. It offers language for experiences that are often wordless, and permission for healing and rebuilding to be slow, uneven, and deeply human.
This is not a book about staying positive or moving on.
It is a book about learning how to live, lead, and love differently - with honesty, vulnerability, and what remains.
All proceeds will be donated to breast cancer and prostate cancer charities, as well as the Goal Minds charity.
