The fine line between Victim and Survivor of the deadliest attack on American soil was defined by fate when Lily Asher's daughter-in-law and granddaughter vanished without a trace only months after losing her son Noah on September 11, 2001. When the two biggest American tragedies of the 21st century collide twenty years later, as New York was once again at the center of suffering and death amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, the fine line between Victim and Survivor is defined by destiny. Written in real time during the pandemic through the year 2023, and laced throughout with New York's long and rich history, The Memory Keeper is a bold testament to the endurance and loyalty of proud New Yorkers.
