Found and Fettered by James Edward Muddock is about an adventure to find and secure a secret Russian assassin named Treskin. Excerpt: "IT is not in apropos for me to preface the remarkable story I have to tell by stating that, speaking in a general way, I am not in sympathy with things Russian. Despite what may be said to the contrary by those who have an interest in misrepresenting facts, there is pretty conclusive evidence that the great and unwieldy Russian nation has in many respects scarcely emerged from medieval barbarism."
