About
Soldiers come into the mountains of North Carolina to take the Cherokee to a reservation in Oklahoma, disrupting the quiet farm life of Tsali and his family. Tsalis natural instinct to protect his family leads to the death of a soldier. Is Tsali a killer? Will he be a martyr? As with other historical figures like Daniel Boone, Davy Crockett, and Johnny Appleseed, we often make our heroes more than human. So is the story of Tsali.
