Some secrets are meant to be heard. Others... are locked away for a reason.
Shay is a telepath in a world that never shuts up. Every secret, every lie, and every dark desire of the strangers around her swirls through her mind like a chaotic, unending storm. To survive, she's built invisible walls, keeping the noise at bay by pouring her intense, obsessive focus into the brutal discipline of the dojo. She's a "freak of nature" who keeps her head down, staying clear of the supernatural world she knows is hiding in the shadows.
Then she meets Silas.
A 2,000-year-old vampire with a voice like velvet and a mind that is deafeningly silent. For the first time in her life, Shay encounters a being she cannot read. There are no whispers, no secrets, no noise-just a predator who is patient, powerful, and dangerously curious.
Silas should kill her for what she knows. Instead, he's fascinated. Shay is the most potent telepath he has ever encountered, a raw, volatile force he believes he can mold. Drawn into the secretive and lethal world of the undead, Shay must navigate a high-stakes game of cat and mouse. Is Silas her chance at a true connection, or is he simply a monster grooming his next meal?
As Shay unravels the mysteries of her own heritage-and discovers why her mind is so uniquely unstable-she realizes she's running out of time. In a world where one wrong thought could cost her everything, Shay must decide if she is the hunter or the prey.
Discover a world where the loudest voices are the ones you can't hear. Unstable is a gripping, dark, and unconventional supernatural thriller about the terrifying price of connection.
For fans of slow-burn supernatural romance, fierce heroines, and vampires who actually have something to lose, Unstable is the beginning of something unexpected.
