When the Sun Is In Tune is a novel about a rock and roll band coming of age in the fictional town of Riverview, Illinois, a town with an active, thirty-year ban on rock and roll. With a factory and quarry, it's the perfect setting for the timeless clash of conservative values vs. rock and roll music.
