Ja, denn was sich im ersten Band "Wind nutzen 1" bewährt hat, wurde vom Autor Günther Hacker noch einmal verbessert: Die detaillierte Baubeschreibung mit vielen Fotos und CAD-Zeichnungen und Material, das relativ einfach zu beschaffen ist, helfen beim Windradbau.

Damit können Bastler, Schüler oder Studenten einen besonderen C-Vertikalrotor in einer Kunststoff/ Metall- oder Aluversion bauen, der richtig Strom erzeugt. Damit lassen sich Handys, Powerbanks oder kleine Akkus mit Windstrom laden.
