A roadmap of self-reflection; self-confrontation A roadmap to self-awareness through my life as a city employee who experienced multiple levels or forms of abuse in the workplace and trauma in my personal life and the importance to overcome and not drown in the depths of despair and depression. The hurt of being misunderstood, betrayed, and slandered by friends; neighborhoods; people whom I do not know.
