My name is Joe Mittiga, and I am a 61-year-old man who is walking the same self-discovery path as you are. My desire is to paint the picture of my personal despair as clearly and as intimately as I can. This is called My Experience. I will teach you the self-loving techniques I learned that allowed me to feel what I needed to heal. This is called My Strength.
