Thus in verse ग᳘णाना॑न् त्वा ग᳘णप॑तिं हवामहे is written as ग᳘णाना॑न् त्वा ग᳘णप॑तिꣳ हवामहे to indicate that the anusvara ं is uttered as गुम् ꣳ "gum".
