It's been said, "If you want to make God laugh...tell him your plan." In this story, Rex, a tyrannosaurus, tells God his vision for the world, to him, idyllic and egocentric. He thinks of no one else, but himself. As always, God considers his words and answers his "prayers." God always answers prayers, but sometimes it's in a way that we cannot imagine and always for the greatest good. As Obi-Wan Kenobe said in Star Wars, "Everything I've told you is true, from a certain point of view." This is, a cautionary tale, reminding the reader. Be careful what you wish for...you may get it!
