Modig, Aislin, and a host of characters are brought together in a series of seemingly unrelated events to find and kill a particularly nasty Queen. Along the way, they encounter UAPs, Grey aliens, corrupt government officials, cartel sicarios and FBI agents. They experience loss, hope, family, love, laughter, and friendship, while fighting an unimaginable enemy. Travel with our heroes through 12th century Wales and present day Chicago, as they expose an ancient dark and sinister presence that, while hiding in plain sight, has infiltrated the elite class, poisoned humanity in mind and body, sown conflict, and then fed off of the ensuing pain and suffering for millennia. Their story is part coming of age, medieval century and continent-spanning adventure, conspiratorial thriller and science fiction fantasy. This is book one of four and sets the foundation for the adventures to come. This book is a full-length novel but may be enjoyed as a standalone. However, it is highly recommended that the series be read in order.Note: Contains violence, adult content and situations. Not recommended for readers under 18 years of age. I started making up stories when I was a little girl. In my sophomore year of high school, I began writing short stories that I would pass to my best friend to read and I never stopped writing. It brings me joy. My genre preference is eclectic as long as I am entertained. I don't write for fame, fortune or even notoriety. I write for the privilege of sharing my imagination in hopes of entertaining whomever reads my stories. I'm a wife, a mom of two and a Mimi to five wonderful grandchildren.
