Kitty O'Shea thinks she's found the perfect place for her new saloon, The Crystal Palace, in a small Kansas town. But the Browning town council doesn't approve of her establishment and calls upon Reverend Jake Payne for backup. Kitty finds herself judged by Payne's congregation and condemned by the townsfolk, but she still can't deny her attraction to the devastatingly handsome reverend.
