At a time when teen suicide, teen killings and mass killings are an everyday occurrence, every young man should have access to this tool
for survival. The journal is designed so that teens would be proud to carry it on their person or keep it on their nightstand. Writing is very therapeutic as it calms you down while forcing one to think.
The journal will encourage youth to write out their thoughts, help to analyze social situations while building self esteem.
