About

Introduction
Self love is perhaps one of the most fundamental but misunderstood concepts in the world right now. Some dismiss it as a new age ideology that cannot be applied in practical terms. But nothing could be further from the truth. This e-book will show you the practical steps to develop self-esteem. It will also explain what it is and describe the history of the trait and how it has been a fundamental basis of all spiritual teachings.

Self love is the best way to increase your self esteem and become a fully healed and integrated human being. People often think of the idea backwards. They look at attributes as in the way a confident person walks or observes their features. But fundamentally, all radical change begins from within. Then you start to really value yourself as a powerful creator of your own reality and that you deserve everyone's love and respect. Self-love is the opposite of selfish. You cannot love another person unconditionally unless you love yourself first. Self-love is not about engaging in destructive behavior patterns and turning a blind eye. It has nothing to do with arrogance or narcissism and everything to do with becoming a completely whole and integrated individual.

When you can exercise self-love, your life will become much easier. This is because you will not sabotage yourself as much, which is what everyone does with their beliefs about unworthiness. You will also have much more stability in your life as you will no longer depend on others for its realization. Your emotions and reactions will not be volatile and you will really detach (but not indifferent) from many things that happen in the world.

Love is the fundamental component of the entire universe. Human beings are born into the arms of loving parents and die with loved ones around them (ideally). They live and die only for love. In the words of Gautama Buddha:
"In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things that weren't for you."
Your ability to love yourself and others is all that really matters. How to get there is another question. To do this, you have to discover who you are and love yourself unconditionally. Find the me Finding the self is a mystical concept that has been around since ancient times. The "I" has been described by many names, such as the soul, the higher soul, the atman, the monad, the presence of the "I AM", the Christos, the enlightened, etc. Labels aside, it can be described as who you really are without any of the social behaviors and attitudes that you've downloaded since birth. It can be "found" by getting rid of the illusion and removing the layers of programming, which can also be called ego.
