In an alternate world, similar to ours, a Great War decimated civilization seven decades prior. Large cities called the "Polises" now dominate the ruined landscape of what was once earth. The flaw in this system is that they rebuilt civilization using the same methods and understandings that led to The Great War in the first place.As this system too is now collapsing, a harbinger in this collapse has just been unearthed a small fragment of a bowl.It is an archeological discovery that cannot only change the world but the fabric of reality itself.
