After moving with their "owners" to a luxurious Upper Eastside penthouse overlooking Central Park in the heart of Manhattan, NYC, Borzoi sisters, Madison and Carnegie, are discovered by a famous Broadway show producer and land starring roles in the big "Hearts Over Broadway" musical.
