Our Castle

Our Castle is a different kind of love story by CP White, chronicling the life and times of Saffron and Darby, a couple living in their home in the Beaches of Toronto, experiencing the pain of infertility, unhinged neighbours, and finding peace in life. Their world is turned upside down when the dead begin to rise, and their home becomes their castle. Between winters in Toronto and summers on an island in Eastern Ontario, CP never quite fit in with other kids. He listened to the adults around him speak as if he were not there and easily slipped his mind in and out of the stories flickering behind his eyes. Drawing, reading, day dreaming, and listening, that's his origin story.
