If you're not inclined, or just don't want to spend hours reading a story to see how it ends, here is my quick read series of short stories, each of which can be read in less than two hours.The first tale is about a giant rogue planet that poses a threat to Earth. Meanwhile, the mythical and elusive Planet X is discovered, but not recognized as the savior of all humankind.Story two is about a time in the year of 2055 and when a successful gold mining operation has been set up on the Moon. When a nearly impenetrable metal plate is discovered, and when a way around it is sought, a technologically advanced alien species is provoked into defending their, thousands of years, old, operation.Story three tells of a monster whose reign of terror began months ago. Now known as, Hatchet Man, his ghoulish cravings become the instruments of his demise.
