After Volume 1 left his audience wanting more, Mike wrote Volume 2 and included more valuable tips on how to purchase rental properties and save time and money while renting them into the Section 8 housing industry. Everything from the roof to the basement floor is covered in this book and it does not disappoint. Volume 2 is an entirely different book from Volume one, not an updated version.
