About

Surviving Nevdra is the true story of surviving "La Madre de Mentiras", a narcissistic vampire and violent alcoholic. The story starts 10 years prior to the start of the relationship and goes through the chaotic period of the dating relationship to the brief, but eventful marriage and ends with the eventual divorce chronicling the cycle of violence and abuse throughout the whole relationship. The antagonist of the story is a Salvadorean woman with a jaded past whose alcoholism is both a symptom and cause of her issues. The protagonist of the story is an U.S. raised Panamanian and Puerto Rican nonprofit attorney who despite all evidence to the contrary, believes in the best people and endures the abuse under the hope that his abuser will love him enough to stop drinking alcohol.
